Great Bridge Primary School - Behaviour Management and Teaching
We believe that children need support and guidance with their behaviour management in order to work as part of a school team. We use Sandwell's
Behaviour recovery scheme which focuses on giving all children the opportunity to reflect on their behaviour and the standards that are expected.
At no time are children encouraged to hit back or be rude to other children, even in retaliation to something that has happened to them.
All disagreements, no matter what age of child, are best resolved by talking through the issue. This helps all children to understand how their
behaviour affects others.
See the document: Behaviour Intervention Levels (click the link below) for a comprehensive overview of our behaviour policy in practice.
Within our policies section, there is a copy of our school Behaviour Policy.
